The dao currently holds an outsized amount of stETH and requires more operational cash to keep funding proposals.

I suggest we unstake and withdraw 50% of our current stETH balance, which is ~8982/2 = 4491 stETH.

Transaction details

Unstaking from Lido is a two-step process. This proposal deals with step one.

1. Approve Withdrawal Queue to transfer 4491 stETH.
2. (Subsequent proposal.) Request to withdraw 4491 stETH. The request is split into batches up to 1K ETH due to a Lido withdrawal limit.
